Inquiry and acceptance → Confirmation / Consultation → Confirmation of payment → Start of work → Confirmation of sketch(choice) → Confirmation of status → Completed

▶If work is impossible due to the personal reason of the producer regardless of the completeness → Full refun

▶ Refunds above sketch level→ Non-refundable
▶ When the commision is completed→ Non-refundable
